Love. Love. I teach an entire course on crafting an elevator pitch that involves couching logic between two pieces of emotion (problem & solution). The work that goes into crafting a pitch can be the framework for identifying your target customer, creating the product of their dreams and developing a branding and marketing campaign that speaks directly to her. Bravo for sharing.. Too many people leave out emotion in the sales process altogether.
