Our office space is a little over 4,000 square feet. It is a mix of open space along the glass and interior private offices. Currently we have only 10 workers in the office, 2 in private offices and the rest in cubes in the common area along the window line.
The office environment has some collaboration going on, but isn't loud or distracting on a regular basis.
We have 2 private offices and 2 semi private work spaces in an area that is removed from the main open space and is a quiet environment, and up to 8 additional cubes in the open space.
There is a kitchen / break room, a conference room and a smaller meeting room that can be shared.
We can provide internet access, and depending on the needs possibly provide phone service as well.
The space was built out about 18 months ago and is in good condition.
The office is located right off 680 near the Veranda. Freeway access is great, and there is plenty of free parking, including some underground parking.
We sell employee benefit enrollment software as a service and have a small contact center to support users. We have a team of 9 workers on site.
