As used in these House Rules, any reference to Guest means Guest and its Sub-Guests and their employees, contractors, agents, guests, and invitees

Guest will have access to Wireless Internet provided by Host

Guest will have access to amenities in the kitchen, basement common space, and roof

Lets just keep it clean! Guest shall not use the Space in connection with: Contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or similar annoying behavior; Defaming, abusing, harassing, threatening or otherwise violating the legal rights (such as privacy and publicity) of others; Posting, distributing or disseminating inappropriate, profane, defamatory, obscene, indecent, unlawful or boring material or information; Uploading, reproducing, using, performing or otherwise making available, images, software or other material or information which infringes another's rights, or is protected by intellectual property laws where you don't own or license such rights; Uploading or using files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the Hall's or a member's computers or property; and Any other act or behavior specifically prohibited by the Terms of Use

Guest shall keep the Space clean and free from trash and other debris

The Space is an office environment, and Guest shall not be loud or obnoxious or play any loud music

Guest shall keep confidential any information, trade secrets, technology, customers, or prospects disclosed by Host or its owners, employees, contractors, and agents and that is confidential or proprietary in nature and not known to others

Guest shall not and shall not attempt to adjust, turn on, or turn off any of the Property’s HVAC systems

Guest shall not attempt to access to or use any of the Host’s computer systems, networks, printers, telephones, or other electronic equipment, supplies, or other personal property of the Host or its owners, employees, contractors, or agents unless such access or use is specifically authorized by the Host in writing
