Work spaces available on the 2nd floor of our spacious and modern building conveniently located in Denver’s Santa Fe Arts District. Even though we work on different projects, collaboration and good questions make for an awesome group of creatives, entrepreneurs and nonprofits . We host tons of networking opportunities and events happening on a weekly basis.

Price per person includes:
- All Utilities and cleaning service
- Large conference room equipped with power drop-down presentation screen,
wired/wireless Internet, teleconferencing, one-touch lighting and power center
for laptops or a projector.
- Two small conference rooms with whiteboard (3'x12') and teleconferencing
- Access to two kitchenettes,
- Lounge areas with comfortable chairs and table desks
- Outdoor patio on the 2nd floor
- Learning Library with a variety of books

We also have private offices available for $900 per office.
