Our office is located on the entire third floor of an old, skinny brick building on Main Street called the Meyer Building. The elevator opens up directly into our office. The elevator does act up sometimes but we have two stairwells! The front part of the office looks out onto Main St. and is where the 5 employees of Cuddle Clones sit and work. During the day, we're fairly quiet but we're talking among each other. Our phone rings maybe 3-5 times per day so it's insignificant. We do go back and forth a lot to our back room, which is our shipping/production room. The space we have available is in the middle of the floor, a very large, open space with short carpet that is about 1,500 square feet. There are distinct areas in which a startup can make a little group. We do have one other company sharing with us right now who have a private office. We like to have fun but work hard. We would be open to collaborating on shared resources as well.

We have an e-commerce business that creates plush replicas of peoples pets along with other custom pet products like 3D-printed sandstone figurines and granite memorials. There are 5 people in our office currently. We have some extra space that would be great to share with another startup.
