We have a large, beautiful studio space located in Brooklyn's Industry City (Sunset Park) with room to share with other entrepreneurial companies. The studio is located just a block away from the D, N and R subway lines at the 36th Street stop.
We would welcome teams of varied sizes into our space, and have dedicated areas of open desks for up to 6 people available for $400 per desk/person, per month. The nearly 15,000 sf office is surrounded on three sides by large windows with breathtaking views of the Statue of Liberty and downtown Manhattan and plenty of light. Rental includes 3 conference rooms with large screen TV and video conferencing capability and polycom conference phones that can be booked when needed, and great common space including a large, eat-in kitchen with 2 refrigerators, microwave, Nespresso and Miele coffee machines, dishwasher and ice machine. Key card for 24/7 access and bike room available.
