This is a boutique Pilates studio, right off the train in the heart of Union Square. We are looking to rent out a small commercial space that abuts my studio. It's a private 180 square ft space that's perfect for a body worker, acupuncturist, or even someone just looking for an office. I am open to part-time or long-term rental or lease. Rent is negotiable based on time needed. Electricity, commercial trash, and all bathroom amenities included.
