We have 12 spaces for rent in our new Downtown Manhattan loft space. 17' ceilings, all brand new construction along with views of One World Trade Center and The Woolworth Building. Very conveniently located on top of the new Fulton Center with extremely close access to the 2, 3, A, C, 4, & 5 subway lines.

We are currently in the process of designing a lounge/theater space as well to do talks. In addition, you'll get access to:
• Our large kitchen that is stocked with lots of snacks
• Friday afternoon beer and wine happy hour
• 4 conference rooms
• 4 telephone booths (that can each accommodate a few people)

We are bicycle friendly, tech friendly, and creative friendly.
