This space is available to be designed how you would like it. Currently the space is empty with huge white floors with lots of windows for natural sunlight. There is 12,000 sqft here, which should fit about 80 people. You are welcome to take the entire space or split it with another synergistic PivotDesk company needing growth space.

I highly recommend coming and viewing the space as the pictures are great, but in person gives you a much better feel just how great and bright this space is.
Shorenstein will be installing wifi for this space. You would be able to bring your own furniture into the space. PivotDesk can connect you with a furniture vendor to provide furniture on a monthly basis.. You can decorate the space within reason - no demising of wall, but we can discuss specific additions you would like to make.
There are multiple bathrooms on the floor that are shared with the other tenant across the hall. The building has 6 elevators that give you access to this floor. We are a half block from the Times Square station subway stop, so you have access to pretty every train making your commute a breeze.
