IPTAR is a unique coworking space which holds 25 closed, private offices, half with windows. The space is very quiet with noise cancelling machines outside every office door. Reters are able to shut the door and have a private meeting, or dive into a report they just haven't been able to focus on. There is personal key fob access into suite and people can make a booking online and use an office whenever they need it.  
Community safety is our priority: our spaces feature newly installed HEPA Filters in the HVAC systems as well as in-room air purifiers, disinfectant wipes and sanitizer. The space is rigorously cleaned on a daily basis. In addition, there is a common kitchen with free coffee and a printer, a Poland Spring filtered water station, and multiple in-suite bathrooms. 

Hourly rentals start at $45/hour

IPTAR is a non-profit psychoanalytic membership society and training Institute which provides low-cost mental health services in its clinical center. IPTAR features private offices for rent by the hour, day, week or month.
