The Studio Guild is a collaborative co-working space established in 2004. The Studio Guild occupies three floors of a historic office building in NoMad/Flatiron, and is convenient to the N, R, F, 1 train lines as well as Penn Station and Herald Square.
We are friendly, but respectful. Our offices are fairly quiet, and our community is full of people actually working. The space is loft-like; we have private offices as well as dedicated workstations in our loft area. There is plenty of natural light, and some desks have Empire State Building views. We offer 24/7 access, two conference rooms, and a shared pantry.
Our tenants — architects, designers, filmmakers, creatives, technologists, and social change makers — occupy three floors of a sunny, classic New York creative loft building. Most of us are freelancers or small organizations who need an inexpensive, productive place to work, without being in a generic co-working space. We're hardworking but friendly, we share ideas, resources and referrals.
