Located at 26 Broadway in the historic Standard Oil Building, Primary is New York's first wellness-integrated shared office space. Our 25,000 square foot office features a host of amenities to help our members feel their best.

Our space feels refined yet warm - featuring mid-century and Scandinavian-inspired design influences. Large-format art prints from Rich Stapleton, Creative Director of Cereal Magazine, are featured throughout the space, alongside abundant greenery. From the live moss wall which drapes our reception desk, to the palms in our co-working space, live plantings can be found throughout the space.
