Our office is located on the top floor of a 6-story building in Chinatown. Being on the top floor allows a flood of light in the space, reducing the need for overhead fluorescent lighting (although it is available for those rainy days or late nights). There are views of two parks; the downtown NYC skyline (including the Freedom Tower); as well as the midtown skyline (hello Empire State building).

Two options are available (shared conference room and kitchenette for both):
1. Shared workspace where three, full-time employees are looking to share four additional desks. Includes access to two beautiful, furnished sitting areas, a dining space, bathroom, and creative studio.
2. Private office approximately 340 square feet with private entrance and dedicated bathroom.
