We have an entire 6000 sf floor, which houses our State of the Art Multi-Room Recording Studios designed by John Storyk, and a beautiful office space area comprising of 6 private offices with glass partitions, 14 workstations, a private conference room, and a lounge.
We are looking for creative individuals, businesses, and startups for short or long-term rental of our offices.
Our private offices are sized right and can accommodate anywhere from 1-6 people. The monthly rent for an entire office ranges between 1,300-$1,500 for the smaller window units or larger non-window units and $1,600-$2,000 for the larger units with a window view.
Please note that we don't charge per person when renting offices. The listed price is for the entire office.
Our individual workstation price is $500 per month depending on the rental duration. Package deals for long-term rental of multiple desks and offices will be considered.
