4 adjoining dedicated desks available for a small team in an architectural studio. The desks are in a newly redesigned and renovated space, on a bright top floor centrally located in Midtown. The space is ideally suited to a team of architects, designers, or similar creative professionals.

We are a 12-14 person architecture firm with a few extra spaces in our new office. Office attitude is welcoming, generally quiet, and distraction free.

A small group work area and a conference room are available for use by prearrangement. We are the only tenants on the floor. The space also has a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms, and access to the freight elevator. There is a security system in place. Garbage is taken out daily. Coffee and Wi-Fi will be included. Access to phone system, wired internet, and copier/plotter can be negotiated.
Minimum term 6 months.
