About the Office
The Northwest Earth Institute, a small but vibrant nonprofit with approximately five staff members, has two work stations available in our office space in the Olympic Mills Commerce Center. We offer a quiet but upbeat and open office environment, in the convenient industrial southeast.
The work stations each come complete with a large, L-shaped desk, chair, copier/scanner, fax machine, phone and internet access, as well as access to indoor bike parking, break room, gym, showers, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, toaster oven, and a conference room. We'd happily offer both desks at a discount, and rearrange a little to accommodate a pair of individuals. Also, we've accepted payment in the form of trade from time to time, depending organizational needs and skills presented.
Our building has a great rooftop patio with a great view (that you can access after hours and on weekends), coffee shop and a restaurant in it and there is a grocery store, and several restaurant and food cart options within a couple blocks. There is parking available in the building's garage, but you must lease the space from the building managers and is not included. You can also park around the building but need to get a city parking permit for $140 per year, this is also not included. Otherwise, there's lots of two-hour parking in the neighborhood.
