The building has three floors of office space. There are private offices in the first floor, coworking stations on the second floor and dedicated desks on the third floor. PASSworks is part of a larger building, so its main entrance is on the third floor. We have a corner office, and we have windows for most of the stations. Depending on the type of station, you have a different level of privacy. Dedicated desks are ideal if you like to leave your things in the office when you go home.

The building is equipped with two conference rooms fully equipped with computer and video conferencing capabilities. All members have hours allocated for conference room usage each month. Additional hours can be granted with approval or purchase of hours. There is a front desk representative in the front desk during office hours that can help you troubleshooting any issues.

PASSworks is close to King Street Metro station. Additionally, there is paid parking in the building and a mix of paid and free parking on the streets around the building. We are located in Old Town Alexandria, so you are surrounded by shops, restaurants, and other attractions.
