Create a posting for your extra office space. Decide how many people you have space for and how much you want to charge per person per month.
Search and contact
Search available postings to find the right space for your team. Contact hosts with questions or to set up tours.
Get to know each other
Send messages and arrange a tour of the space to learn more about each other.
Host sends invitation
When the host and guest decide they will be a good fit, the host sends the guest an official invitation to move in.
Guest accepts invitation
The guest accepts the invitation and completes the booking by entering their payment and roster information.
The guest moves into the space. Payments are processed monthly and either party can cancel the agreement by giving 30 days notice.
