Located in one of the hottest neighborhoods in Chicago, the space is on the second floor of a converted loft building, and the space itself is divided into two levels; the first level contains all of the workstations and some support spaces, with the second level containing 3 conference rooms and a kitchenette/break area.

During a sunny day, the office is filled with ample amounts of natural light, and the office is great for heads down work or collaborative team efforts. The space is currently shared by two architecture/interior design firms and a civil engineering firm, and the culture in the workplace is one of collaboration, friendliness, respect, and teamwork.

If you or your firm wishes to take more than 4 private workstations, the rate is negotiable.
