We have a big open room on the second floor of a building right in the middle of SLU, that's 30% occupied, the rest being available for use. It's a well-lit room with natural light and overhead diffused lighting. There are two phone booths and two good-sized conference rooms that can be scheduled for use. We have a small kitchenette with a sink, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and Keurig machine. It's typically pretty quiet, due mostly to the acoustics of the room. Great new restaurants, bars and food trucks surround the location, and it's a 5 minute walk to Lake Union.
