About the Office

Seven available workspaces in modern start-up office space with tons of amenities!

Location
The Industry building is conveniently located in the up-and-coming RiNo (River North) district just to the east of downtown Denver. We are within a 5 min walk to 16th street mall, Coors Field, and the Denver Coliseum. Industry is also right next to the Platt River bike trail.

Parking
Industry provides plenty of parking options, exclusive outdoor parking, free nearby parking, and the Phase III parking structure scheduled to be finished in November will have 300+ covered spots that directly connect into the bustling shared office experience.

Amenities
Industry features open floor plans with 26ft high ceilings, glass walls, and expansive sky lights allowing plenty of natural light. You will also have access to community kitchens with free coffee, tea, and a rotating selection of beer. There are also multiple call and conference rooms throughout the building you can schedule or just drop into. The building has a café in the main area that has surprisingly good and affordable food. There are also two restaurants connected to the building; Will Call, and Tengu.

Your Neighbors
At your workspace you will be working in a collaborative environment along side the C1 Partners team and various other tenants. Within our office you will find a diversity of talent in different area including online marketing, SEO, web design, and graphic arts. We like to nurture a friendly and fun environment and also allow well-behaved dogs in the office.

Your Workspace
Your workspace would be located inside the C1 Partners closed office. You will be provided an IR fob to get into the building, and a key to get into the office. All workspaces have a desk, a chair, and access to high speed Internet. We also have a private conferencing room that has been optimized for quality conference calls that you are free to use when available. We currently have five stations available outlined below.

2 Sitting Desks | Ground Level | $500/mo
We have two adjacent desks available on the ground floor, under the mezzanine. Here you will be located right next to the C1 Partners Team

4 Sitting Desks | 1 Standing Desk | Mezzanine | $500/mo
We have four sitting desks and one electric sitting/standing desk available on the upper mezzanine of our space. The mezzanine provides an open and well-lit environment that will feel like it is your own.
