Building amenities include: parking spaces and street parking, conference room, kitchen area and WiFi. Office is a walk away from the Moda Center, 15 min walk to N. Williams/N. Vancouver central shopping area and a 15 min walk to N. Mississippi. Easy access on and off of I-5 as well. The space can serve a team of either 1 or 2 people. Month to month lease option or yearly lease available. Office price price varies depending on the amount of space required for your team. Most single spaces start at $300 with discounts for teams of multiple people. Currently we have space for 1 to 2 people. Great small office space and great place to move your small business away from your home.
