About the Office

Desks available in open Lab-type space in a flourishing startup environment. The space is buzzing with energy and fast-paced with production. We are located on the top floor at the corner of Broadway and Spruce in downtown Pearl with a great view of the Flatirons. Tons of windows and skylights provide wonderful natural light.

Wifi is included and kitchen amenities (including Snack bar, Starbucks coffee, Boylan's soda fountain, and Beer kegerator) are available for an additional monthly cost per person. We have a great vibe in the office and everyone is extremely friendly.

Phone booths and large conference room available for use.

Building includes workout equipment, indoor bike storage, locker room, shower.
