What They Do
We are a lean creative/production shop with clients in other states. We have 1,200 square feet of space with 3 available desks. We are fairly quiet, and our summer is a little slow right now. So, many folks will be on vacation.
Office Culture
We usually get in around 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. All of the folks in the office are producing projects. There are only 4 of us in the space with a 5th always available (:->).
We do spend quite a bit of time on the phone, but are fairly heads down quiet. Our editor uses headphones while working on our AVID.
We usually are in the office until anytime between 4 and late if we have editing to do.
