Third Plateau Social Impact Strategies

We work hard and play hard. We care deeply about social impact and have deliberately built a team that enjoys spending time together, so we definitely add a little extra "social" to the social impact mission.

A typical day at Third Plateau is....awesometown. While we spend a good chunk of our day at our computers and/or on the phone with clients, we are big fans of whiteboard brainstorm sessions and walking meetings. We pride ourselves on being a creative firm, so we look to foster good collaborative interactions among team members. Oh, and we have a foosball table, dart board, and mini basketball hoop in the office, and we aren't shy about using them.

To blow off steam at the office we...drink. And eat, but definitely drink. We like to keep beer on-hand, and we have a few bourbon fans in the office, which means there are usually a few bottles hidden somewhere.

Our ideal office buddy would describe themselves as...creative, hard-working, and laid back.
