The space has one reception area that is furnished and two private office spaces. The second office is approximately 200 square feet. The office is quiet (although is is right on 30th Street, so there is some traffic noise) and is in a professional building on the same floor as several therapists, psychologists, attorneys and a dentist office. Fresh Thymes Eatery and Pekoes Coffee are downstairs. It is well lit, air-conditioned, and has a view of the flatirons, has fresh paint, new carpet and is move in ready. The office space has no built in storage. I am looking for someone who is quiet and will not have a lot of traffic moving in and out. I use my office and the reception area for clients- as I see children and families, the reception area will be used by parents awaiting their children, however, it is large enough for others to use it as well. Being comfortable around children is a must, as there will likely be younger siblings in the reception area at times. I have a dog that will join me on occasion, she is friendly and enjoys the company of other K-9 friends! My clients will be in the office during the hours of 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., during the morning hours I complete paperwork, meet with parents of children/ other service providers, or complete lesson plans.

I am an Educational Specialist who serves families from Boulder and the surrounding areas coaching children ages 5 through 21 on executive functioning skills. In addition, I work with families of students with special needs by advocating for them through the public school system. I work in and out of the office and am currently the only employee.
