Our 2500 sq. ft., open-plan space has high ceilings with tons of windows. Tenants include a variety of small teams and freelancers. The vibe is on the quieter side. Prolonged phone calls are discouraged in the central office, but conversation and collaboration are definitely encouraged.

The space features a conference room (available to all tenants), a kitchen, a common area with couches, and indoor bike parking. Location is near the corner of 17th and South Van Ness, just blocks away from a number of great cafes, restaurants, and the 16th St. BART station. Rent includes utilities, high-speed wifi, and weekly cleaning service.

The office is above an auto parts store and has an unconventional entrance. If having a traditional office entrance is important to your business, this probably won't work for you.
