About the Office
Hey there, Freelance Creative! (Lookin' good...)
If you're looking for a professional co-working space to share with other motivated designers, copywriters, and such, you should check us out.
Since coming to this building, we've all enjoyed an uptick in our productivity and profits. Maybe it's because we all share similar goals. Maybe it's because we all get along so well. Maybe it's good old-fashioned 'monkey see, monkey do.' Whatever the reason, we've all found that we prefer having dedicated desk space here, rather than in a café or our respective kitchen tables. We think you'll agree.
This is a great place for you to continue building your freelance business.
As a tenant, you'll have:
● 24/7 secure access
● Mailing address. (Buh-bye P.O. box!)
● Locker for secure storage.
● Shared Semi-Private meeting space.
● Your own dedicated desk where you can set up your desktop, monitor, or other personal electronics. (No hot seats here, people.)
● Wifi (provided by Comcast)
● Dry-erase board (Enough for all-day marathon meetings.)
● Modern HVAC for staying warm (and keeping cool)
● ADA access
● Shared kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher)
● Restrooms (Women's, Men's, Unisex w/shower)
● Off-street car parking
● Bike racks outside and bike hooks inside.
If it sounds like we'd be a good fit, we'd love to learn more about you, your freelance business, and -yes- your aspirations. From there, you'd be welcome to bring your laptop down and test out the space for an afternoon.
Heads up: we ask for a minimum initial commitment of two months (first and last month). After that, billing is month-to-month.
-Mike
PS Sorry for the dark photos. Camera phone. The space is well lit with skylight and west-facing windows.
PPS - This is ideal for freelance creatives. We're not a good fit for people who spend 2+ hours/day on the phone: sales, project management, recruiters, etc.

About the Host Company
Pivotal Writing is one of four companies sharing the space. It's a one-man marketing copywriting shop. Others self-employed creatives in the space include two web-design project managers, and an international patent translator (German-English).
