About the Office
We are a long-standing Denver company serving the oil and gas industry. We have a large new office downtown that we would like to share with your team!
Located in the Denver Club Building, we're steps away from great restaurants and coffee shops, with a free work-out facility located in the building.
Transcontinent currently has five (5) private offices available, a large bull-pen area (includes 9 cubes), as well as several large one-person cubes, good for phone calls or heads-down development. Large one-person cubicles are offered at $250 per month and private offices are offered at $700-$850 per month.
The offices and cubes have a private entrance, which is separate from Transcontinent's entrance, access to kitchen with a sink, a separate refrigerator, and one large conference room that we are willing to share.
