Our office is located in the historic Frank B. McGlone Center at Emerson School. A short walk to many restaurants and coffee spots. Situated in the one story annex of a building shared with a number of other non profits.
On most days, the office is a pretty quite place, with generally 3-5 of our staff in the office. Once a week, we have a busier meeting day where more collaboration and conversation takes place. There are occasional short phone calls throughout the day, but nothing that is too disruptive.
The space is an older remodeled building with four closed door offices and 5 cubicle spots. We would be occupying two of the offices and two cubicle spaces. There is a shared conference room for meeting space up to 8 or 9 people, a shared entry way that could be converted to a reception area, and a common area with printing and other such equipment that has a table that could be used for meetings. The suite also has a back area with a kitchen, a small storage area and two single use restrooms. Tenants would also have access to the main building with two more conference rooms, one larger one with space for up to 20 and a smaller room with space for up to 8.
Parking for up to four vehicles would be included with rent. Wi-fi is negotiable.
