Rent work space in an industrial-chic office building in the middle of the Central Eastside (CES) district of Portland. We are two media professionals who share office space and welcome two new officemates to join us in a fun, productive working environment. We think web developers, videographers, fashion designers, photographers, writers and illustrators would all find a nice place to work here.

We have worked at other coworking and shared office spaces and appreciate the finer details involved in making a space comfortable and productive. The space has huge windows, a comfy couch and reliable wifi. This is a permanent desk space, you can keep your things like extra monitors and supplies on your desk and leave them there. The location is a great place to jump to meetings both Downtown and on the Eastside, or have a client visit you. Two blocks away is the Eastbank Esplanade, perfect for both bike commuting and lunchtime workouts.

Other office vibe factors: Generally a laid back, productive environment. Taking calls in the office is OK. We usually listen to music either on headphones or speakers while we work, being respectful to turn amplified music down or off for other officemates when necessary. The office is currently busiest between noon and 6pm. Everyone helps keep the space clean and to take out the trash and recycling. We endeavor to collectively keep the fridge stocked with beer. Occasionally we have business social events in the evening. Sometimes an associate will be working on the couch. Visitors welcome.

Parking is tight in this neighborhood, your best modes for commuting is bicycling, taking Trimet and walking. There is ample bike parking both inside and outside of the building. If you do need to drive, car parking permits are available from the city for an annual fee. There is some limited free visitor off-street car parking and 2 hour on-street car parking.
